Blenheim Palace Sawmills is located between Long Hanborough and Combe, approximately 8 miles north west of Oxford, and close to the towns of Woodstock and Witney. We have plenty of parking including dedicated disabled parking.

There is good access to the A40, A44 and A34 and there is a railway station within one mile, with direct trains to Oxford (10 minutes travel time) and London Paddington (1 hr 10 mins travel time).

The Sawmills are set within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the site accommodates the historic Grade II listed, Combe Mill, celebrated as one of the few surviving dual-power mills in Britain. Combe Mill is signposted with brown tourist signs.

Bolt House is moments away from Fleet Street. It can be accessed via a quaint alleyway situated on the north side of Fleet Street and situated between the junctions of Fetter Lane and Farringdon Street. Look out for the sandwich shop ‘Wrap it Up’ (with orange branding) and the alleyway to Bolt Court is next door.

City Thameslink station is a five-minute walk away. Additionally, St Paul’s, Blackfriars, and Chancery Lane underground stations are within close proximity.

Marlow Place is located on Station Road, close to Marlow bridge and a stone’s throw from the high street. 

Parking is available at our office, provided we have some prior notice.

We are readily accessible from the M40 and our office is a 5- minute walk from Marlow railway station, with regular trains to London and elsewhere.
