The Burnside Partnership Story
Our firm was founded in June 2015 by Anna Burnside and the late Fiona Wheeler, both recognised Private Client Solicitors. Anna and Fiona worked together for more than 10 years. They established the firm with the shared philosophy of providing clients with technically excellent advice delivered in a clear and concise manner and with sensitivity. This philosophy informs the approach of everyone at The Burnside Partnership. In the last five years, the firm has grown considerably and we continue to invest in exceptionally talented people.
We represent clients from all walks of life and we act not just as lawyers and tax experts but as trusted advisers. We are committed and down to earth and work quickly, confidently and yet with sensitivity. We like to get to know our clients and understand their concerns and priorities. Making decisions about one's personal affairs, especially estate planning can be daunting or distressing for some clients. All our staff are responsible for achieving a professional, yet friendly and empathetic, experience for our clients. We pride ourselves on the quality of our professional advice and our approach to client care. This approach means that clients are less likely to delay making decisions and more likely to have in place well thought through, practical and tax-efficient arrangements.
We are always looking for exceptional people to join our firm. We work in beautiful surroundings within the Blenheim Palace Estate in Oxfordshire, in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and in London. We offer a friendly and dynamic environment.
