Della has responsibility for helping set the firm’s strategic direction and heads up the management of the firm.
By background, Della has 30 years’ experience as a Solicitor. She was a Partner and litigation specialist in an international law firm before moving in-house 20 years ago, and for 10 years until the end of 2017, Della was General Counsel & Company Secretary of McDonald’s Restaurants Limited.
Over the years, she has held a number of directorships, including as a Non-Executive Director of NHSBT (NHS Blood & Transplant) and as Chair of McDonald’s UK Pensions Scheme. She has founded a number of businesses and is a director of a med tech start-up operating in the field of AI and machine learning.
Della has advised a number of charities and is an experienced trustee. She is a Trustee of Teentech Charity, supporting young people see a wider range of possibilities within science, technology and engineering.
