Hemisha has experience in assisting clients with the administration of estates and trusts, lasting powers of attorney and estate planning.
She completed her training at a niche private client practice in London and has over seven years’ experience in the area including but not limited to administering complex estates with foreign assets and assisting with applications for foreign grants or the resealing of UK grants in other countries, considering and applying business and agricultural property relief in respect to assets held within an estate and preparing deeds of variation for beneficiaries who wish to vary their entitlement under a will.
She particularly enjoys building relationships with clients and providing them with tailored advice and assistance, with her empathetic nature helping her to assist clients in a sensitive manner.
Hemisha graduated from the University of Surrey in 2013, following which she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bloomsbury. Hemisha is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with family and friends and travelling to explore different cultures.
