We had a fantastic evening at the Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards last night, celebrating apprenticeships in Oxfordshire. It was thoroughly enjoyable and we heard some really inspiring stories from apprentices.

And we were honoured to win Apprenticeship Employer of the Year Award! The Award is in no small part due to our own wonderful apprentices and ex-apprentices. We love seeing their enthusiasm and helping them develop and grow.

Apprenticeships provide routes into a variety of careers and present an excellent opportunity to gain work experience and achieve nationally recognised qualifications. We would encourage more law firms to blaze a trail with apprenticeships.
