Richard has over 30 years' experience in finance, education and management. For a number of years, he worked for a leading high-street bank in both private client and corporate sectors, before studying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. Initially teaching History and Politics, Richard subsequently worked in educational management where his remit included academic performance, welfare, marketing, and staff management and development.
Richard's responsibilities as Practice Director at The Burnside Partnership include the business functions of the Practice, including recruitment and personnel, business development and finance. Richard believes in the importance of developing our people and leads our apprenticeship programme.
